  • Can I put the roll-off dumpster container in the street?

Every location is different. Please check with your municipality or homeowners association first if you need to put a dumpster in the street. Many rules and guidelines regarding dumpster replacement differ according to the city and neighborhood where you live.

  • What is the difference between a roll-off container and a dumpster?

Residential dumpster- a standard dumpster usually located in a home or business complex area for general waste. This typically consists of household and office trash. The local waste management service handles these dumpsters on a regular, pre-set schedule.

Roll-off dumpsters- designed for construction and demolition clean-up. It is important to note that some items are prohibited from being placed in the containers depending on the hauler and local regulations. Our roll-off containers are long rectangular dumpsters, with one option being 10 cubic yards and the other 20 cubic yards. When full, we pick up the roll-off from the area using our truck to carry it from the fill location to the dump site.

  • Will the dumpster damage my driveway or lawn?

Due to the dumpster's weight, there is a risk that it may cause some damage to your lawn and certain types of driveways. If this concerns you, we recommend having pieces of plywood ready when the containers are delivered to place under the dumpster's wheels. This should reduce the chances of damage. Citrus Roll Off Dumpster does not take responsibility or liability for any damage caused to your lawn or driveway.

  • How Far in advance do I need to order a dumpster rental?

Please order your dumpster 48 hours in advance if possible. However, in certain situations, your Citrus Roll Off Dumpster representative may be able to deliver the container sooner.

  • What are my payment options?

You can pay for your dumpster rental in advance with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

  • Is it necessary for someone to be present when they deliver my dumpster?

It is optional for someone to be present when your dumpster is delivered. However, if you have any particular directions or placement requests, it is advisable that someone is present to ensure the drivers understand your needs.
